Organise Your Content with Tags
Beyond categories
Categories give your content a primary home. Tags let it live in multiple contexts at once. A post about data privacy might sit in the Technology category but carry tags for gdpr, security, and self-hosted — making it discoverable from multiple angles.
The tag archive
Every tag in slynx gets its own archive page at /tag/slug, complete with a full article list, pagination, and a tag cloud showing all other tags. Readers can hop between topics without leaving the flow.
Bulk tagging
When you have dozens of posts and want to tag them consistently, the Bulk Tag Posts page (Admin → Bulk Tag Posts) shows every post with all tags as coloured chips. Click a chip to toggle it on or off — changes save automatically. Filter by title to focus on a subset. It turns a tedious chore into a two-minute job.
Bilingual tag names
Tags support a second-language name just like posts do. Set the DE (or whatever your lang2 is) translation in Admin → Tags, and readers browsing in the second language see the translated tag names throughout.
